Custom certificate error!

yo, when i open custom certificate its show me this message..
i check all my ip and all right and i download Net-framework 4:mad::mad:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

it's should be ip error , check it again or download another cert files .

I think you already have a certification opened and running on this ip, causing this error.
