Capcom’s upcoming video game that was announced at the end of the previous year finally received its release date. Last year, during the PlayStation Experience, the game was revealed officially, and some important details were highlighted for the first time. Street Fighter V is based on Unreal Engine 4 and will feature cross-platform gameplay.

By the beginning of 2015, Capcom said that the game will not have an Xbox One version because of some contracts with Sony Entertainment. Street Fighter V supports both single-player and multiplayer modes, featuring sixteen characters including four whom are completely new to this game: Rashid and Necalli are the only ones announced so far.

In the first quarter of 2016, both Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4 versions will be released. Do you think they should have made an Xbox version? Feel free to share your thoughts with us.
