How can I change topic title?

As the title says

How can I change topic title

because whenever I apply the change it doesn't show up on the forum view - just inside the post.

You can only change the title for like the first 5 minutes after you created it
afterwards, you can't edit the topic title anymore

for what write a sectional moderator a pm or report your own first post with something like: "I want to change my topic title to: XXXXX"
