I would say permanent..... besides, if your that sloppy to get caught, maybe you should just play normal. I"m not putting you down or anything but, I am sure there are a lot of people on here (self included) that have learned a great deal from some people on this site and to this day still have not been seen or banned.

Not to sound rude or anything, but I hope the ban is permanent. Otherwise people wont learn from their mistakes :).
