[Question] Does anyone tried ?

Does anyone tried changin a certain item into a gem 10.00Cm ?

I looked everywhere and I can only find that it is possible with summoning capsules, but maybe no one tried with gems..

I am asking that because I have no knowledge on packet editting ^^;
