No cooldown question

Hey, erm can you guys help me? Im not sure how to use no cooldown.
What i do is that i turn on no cooldown but when i use a skill (im a harlequin) like upper screwdriver, it says i have to wait 15 minutes to use it again.. Can someone tell me what i have done wrong?

First you need to set the "New No Cooldown" in the hack option then activate it with the key you chose after that press the key and viola, but keep in mind not all skills work with NoCD, there is a thread around here maybe in the 2nd or 3rd page about skills that work, although you will see the skill animation but it wont deal any DMG.

and by the way, hacks are working for you ?!?

Thanks alot!! Erm, all the hacks work except the unlimited mana one... It covers your mp to 1337mp but when your real mp goes to 0, u can use skills that will show the animation but no DMG is dealt. I thank you for telling ;)

i had the same problem, yesterday i was able to use the NO new CD hack, but now i cant make it work, i put it as F8 but when i press F8 nothing happens i even checked the DOS window and its not registering. I tried to change the Shortcut menu but still the same..

i reinstall, repatch the client and re-extract the hack but still the same T_T
