Hello, who can do exploits

Hey, is there anyone who can do exploit for a shooter game, i have been searching it for a long time, i was in sethioz forum, and there i got told its a (exploit/ or multihack or similar), any help will do, if you guys dont know how to do it, then suggest me people, or other sites/forums, where could i get help,
