This is not the exact values but It work very well.

1 - ??
2 - Give a ~ 1 Hour - on Secreta and other spawn in Obelisk.ini recorded in like 12 hours.
3 - 2-3 minutes - mobs \ Obelisks
4 - 7-8 minutes
6 - 15 minutes
7 - ??
8 - ??
9 - 4 hours - look on Elkid
10 - 12 hours - Kimuraku. Dios?
14 - ??????
15 - ??? - GRB bosses

Yes you can,
Run this query:
And then search for the collum with the value "1200" in your result,
You can do that for every value like Resist, Enchant Item ect if you want to know the name of this collum in SQL side
If you want to run a public server, you should start learning a minimum about SQL
But, you should not edit thing in database side only, you should insted run the Item.sql ShStudio script when you do some Item.Sdata modifications
