If u explain me how it works i think i can make this to work in autoit with GUI.

The problem isn't making a tool. You can't have more than 16 buffs/debuffs total so once someone reachs that number they won't be able to cast buffs. Even without adding combo/hh skills it's still a problem since knight can easily reach that number.
