So i use a proxy to create an account and after that i play on it and level it with my own ip. Can i get banned for this or something? It worked soo far i gotten the rewards

Yes you can be banned, because you have Multi-Accounts. This is not allowed, but BP won't care about it.

Pretty sure having noob accounts is allowed

multi accounts are allow but they should not do something together.
example: together aliens killing.

It is allowed to have many accounts, there was a forum post that you won't get banned for selling skylab for example
