Nsis error O_o?

While installing Wolfteam and HoN, when opening the launcher it tell me Nsis error: Error installing launcher...:confused:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

None of them helped, i re-formated my whole hard disk twice...there must be a solution.

Edit: found the solution, all i had to do is to /ncic it from the cmd.
