It's just a GM tool used only by GMs.The only bad thing is that he forgot to delete his SQL infos,now we all can connect to this SQL:

server_ip = 192.168.1.7
user = cabal
pwd = 2871549
gamedb = gamedb
cabalcash = cabalcash
account = account
