Combating Chargebacks

Hi, I'm a new member and some people have exploited me in the last couple of days. I use paypal for selling my goods as most of you guys do, but I've had some crappy customers or "scammers" that chargebacks me. I know paypal doesnt cover digital goods, but is there anyway I can prevent chargebacks or any process I can do to make sure that they cant chargeback? Thx for all your advice in advance.

Hello :) Yes. Ask them to send your payment as Gift and they will not be able to chargeback.

They will, if they have a creditcard attached. You're pretty much fucked with selling using paypal. That's just how it is. Try to talk to your customers before you sell anything to them. Most of the time you can pick out which ones are the scammers and which aren't.

They could than chargeback only with the reason "payment not authorized"
