Server started and still server didnt start when i try to play

when i press the Start Server button a cmd opens where stands:
FAKE HOST ready on port 5222
COMMAND HOST ready on port 5333

when i go back to Server Editor i see that where the start Server button was is now "Starting Server" and if i press Start NFS World it says : You didnt Start the Server.

Did I do something wrong?

when i try to install mitmproxy the whole letters are red and at the end is a error:
Unicode Decode error: ASCII codec cant decode Byte oxf6 in Position 4 : ordinal not in range (128)

i tried to Google it but i couldnt find anything . nothing was the same error as mine. I think this error is causing my Problems, can anybody help, if not i give up.

search on the bugs thread and the offline server thread, questions like these have been answered dozens of times

i think you did ot read this

"If your account(user) name or your PC name has special letters Python will give "ascii decode" error, make sure you fix those before you start installing this."

It's on FIRST LINE OF THE README!!! RTFM!!!

and the Name Thing.... dont thinks so, i changed my Name to abcdefg and still same error.

why dont you use the search option and search "mitmproxy" in those threads? and find the answers yourself before creating new threads you lazy ass?

changing windows username doesn't change the folder name associated to that user, you can't change it manually either, backup and format, then use a normal username next time.

and if you still have problems, USE THE BUGS THREAD NEXT TIME

have you made windows updates?i can think of ur framework not runing well,try installing both 3.5 and 4.5 in windows updates.

can we play vs other players ??

when i try to install Framework 4.5 it says i alreadfy have the same or a better one...

If your computer's username is the issue....
Make a new user, with regular letters and try to install the game on that account.

Already changed it and tried again. It had normal letters with 1 ö, i relpaced it with oe and it still didnt work
