U can find Many Tutorials in the World Wide Web :D

It Depends on ur Inernet Bandwich and ur Computer!
U Need min. i think 32MBit/s or 50MBit/s Internet!
U should have a Good GPU and CPU to render ur Stream in High Quality
otherwise u gonna have a bad Graphic.
I'm not a Expert in this Topic but just few things that i know :D

Youtube have nice Tut. But if you have low Uploadspeed Internet, you can't stream.
