[Guide] Basic tsearch for planetside

Ok this one works fairly well.. Will eventually make the client unstable and crash it but here it is anyway

1: get yourself a copy of tsearch. (google)

2: load up planetside, and get yourself an amp

3: make sure your standing and alt-tab out of planetside to tsearch

4: select planetside in open processes click search - then new search
and search for a float value of 1.5

5: go back to planetside and crouch

6: alt-tab out of planetside and select next search in tsearch. search for a
float value of .75 you will get 1 or 2 hits

7: double click on the hits you get, and then click the little button on the
left hand side of the values to lock them in.

congrats your amp will now always shoot as though you are crouched no matter what.

Works, and I dont crash at all.Ive been trying further values with no luck. Maybe i lack some imagination. Can someone spare a few tsearch values?

Thanks in advance

I can tell you a TR Repeater is 1.25 and 1.5 running, 0.75 crouched.

However when I lock it at 0.75 it just keeps popping back and forth, not sure if it is working or not but surely very annoying on the crosshairs.

Also I did notice a .5 that popped up when I crouched and went to 0. when I uncrouched, may have something to do with it.

If you are trying to find the values for a particular weapon, just do an unknown float, crouch, decrease, stand up, increase. Takes about 5-10 mins based on your computer, but I can tell you that

TR Repeater .75 crouched 1.25 standing 1.5 running
AMP .75 1.5 1.75

It seems like there are different addresses for pistol/AT/rifle, not reallly sure since I don't feel like dicking with it any more.

PM me if you get anything useful working :)

I have been playing around with this. I can confirm this does work. Working hard to find the rifle values or any other weapon, no luck.

Here's how to do it. Follow the original instructions with the AMP. Now, in the Autohack menu, hit Enable Debugger and Autohack Window. UNFREEZE the AMP COF address, and proceed to fire the AMP, crouch, and jump to force the Cone of Fire to change. This will find the real addresses behind the action, and the contents of the Autohack Window can be used to create a trainer or just used inside TSearch to freeze the COF.

**Note: This will effect all weapons; all you need is the one address**

Many things in Planetside are checked serverside, but some things are not...Cone of Fire, Afterburners, VS Max Capacitor, and Player location are a few. Play around with it and you will find more.

Is there anyway to change to Infinite Stamina in Tsearch?
Wish I knew how.
Thanks for post.

No, Planetside checks that. You can do it, but it is only frozen on your screen. You will still run out.

Ammo is server sided.
Stam is server sided.
Health is server sided.
NC Max shields are server sided. ( I belive they used to be client sided could be wrong got changed fast when NC max's would run around bases taunting people )
Grief is server sided.

Memory editing can be used for RoF, CoF, Player Locations yours and the enemys, VS Max Cap, Afterburners.

Packet Edits can be used for Loadouts, Vehicle pulling, Multiple hits.

This is to name a few so people do not waist time messing about with what is next to impossible and can play about with what is possible.

Actually it's stored in memory. In ollydbg search for "ms" for the distance of a object. Look at the object and notice that it gives it's XY&Z. Plus not only that it stores that objects XY&Z until you look at a another object(Player, door lock, turret, ect).

What happens is, that when you look at a vehicle term for example, Planetside stores it's information in temp memory until you look at another similar terminal. Though I very well could be wrong about it only stores one particular terminal at a time( haven't checked it), and not just information that you are opening a term. But I can assure you, that you can edit the memory to open terms any where in a map.
