My global manager doesn't load properly I don't know what's the problem I checked my ini files and server.cfg so, maybe it's because i'm using sql server 2014 express or it's a corrupted database?

Thanks in advance :(

Disable/Deinstall any kind of apps which are adding additional locators, e.g. Hamachi, Tunngle, etc.
As well do the following:

System Tray -> Internet Display -> Network- and Sharing Center -> Adapter Configuration (on the left) -> press once ALT -> Advanced -> push "LAN-Connection" or any kind of MAIN network adapter to the top.

E.g.:
LAN-Connection
Hamachi
VirtualBox Host-Only Network
RAS Connection
...
etc.

As well, turn IPv6 off of the regular LAN adapter preferences.

This should solve your MachineManager not obtaining the main IP address, which you are using for your server (as far as I can see on your tiny low-res screenshot).
