So found some old account in Paypal.
That account has been limited since 2012.
Is there anyway to get money out?

No, there is not. The only possibilty is, if they are accusing you of using false data, to prove them that they are wrong and the data is right.

Nope, not possible, they will lock the money and use it to gain interest rate over your money :D
