Transfer method to other server for cheaper RP

I've read already a few times that people switched server for RP purchases.

Most people switched to turkey server but my question is why people dont switched to russian server. There you get most RP for your money

PLease answer why TR and not RU

Isn't TR>EU cheaper than RU>EU?
