I think it's going to be easier for a EU to kill a CH on a cap 70 more than any other cap due to the lack of skill set for CH race in this cap.

I think nobody wants a overedited Server anymore.
I think a normal Cap 110 with better Rates (x20 maybe) and some usefull things and a nice Community would be the best. Like BloodySro and PlatinSro

You can always edit them in, bunch of people I know used to play on Salvation and they say it was the most balanced server they've ever played on.
