Recommend VPS hosting service?

Hey guys. I'm instrested in hosting a private server. My conditions are really not high. Im looking for a server tgat can hold at least around 100 players or so. I dont care the location of the server but the more third world country the better. So what would you guys recommendm

ups sorry, i i removed the german tag from the website and forgot that OVH is france so the default lang is france :DD
