SwSro error before the launcher

been trying to play swsro for the last 4 hours, allways I run "silkroad.exe" it comes a window named "silkroad online" with a "ok" to click, when i click the launcher comes, but the "start" button doesnt appear, been searching everywhere but i cant find a solution nowhere :(

maybe server is off or in inspection?
