Crypter 40k item_proto

Hi everyone. Can someone help me with packing item_proto_dump item_proto on the client?

Client: By viruz (Zoria) 40k

Item_proto know extracted using Nexus.exe, but how do I then wrap the treated item_proto_dump? Please send me some instructions. Thank you.
