freeze bug help !

i just was trying some trainer from ur website
and now most of people are freezing idont know how to fix it i have good ping 150 ms
iam playing on s4 latino [i dont speak spanish]
example for what is going on

i reinstalled the game
help ??

i guess it was this hack [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

it didnt work tho but something weird happend

just to say i used to get 240 or more and it was normal
and this not my video its just example
and problem solved
