Storms (PKED) ?

Sup.

If i edit the cooldown from Thunder Storm, it seems it doesnt work anyways.
Is it server sided now?

Someone said the server blocks it -_-

Storms are server sided ye, so if u edit the cooldown of storms in your pk folder, your icon just shows it is ready, and u will see your casting, but storm will never come.

i see.
Is there any ways to cheat around it? :D

yes, just hack their server

alright. i will do that then. :D

you cant :) you are a rookie

Neither can you, kind sir :)
