Lookin For A Host

Hi, pvpers, imma going to make my own metin2 server, but i have a big problem... well, not that big, but enough to piss me off... i can't find a good and.. well, maybe, cheaper HOST for it! I was lookin for a good host, but nowdays all that i can find are expensive host and not that good!
So my question is : Where can i find a good host, not that expensive but good enough to keep online a server with .. let's say ... 6 channels ... and up to 1000 players or more...
An another question will be, how much ram do i need to do this?
