German Phone Number - Help

Hi,i am trying to create a paysafecard account with EUR currency and i tried with Germany but i don't get that phone number ...
I saw that Berlin geographic code is 030 so i tried with it but it didn't work ... can someone explain me how this works ?
Or just simply text a number here ...

030 - "Number here"
030 is for Berlin.
02641 is for my place.
There are many ways because the first codes are area codes.
And the "49" means "0".
e.g.: +4930 -> Berlin.

€: And a Handynumber dont needs the area code because its a Handynumber.
A Handynumber just needs the '+49' in front of the number.
Mobilephones dont have a area code.

Thats right if this is a Mobile Number :)
If its Landline (?) you need the 030 :)

The thing is that i can't find a valid phone number ... fuck
