Problem mbot ain't working on my server

hello i'v got problem just opend my server players cannot use it is there any solution to enable the mbot for my server

Are you using vsro 188 client? Are you using a packet filter which might disable bot?
Did you edit type.txt in media? Provide us with more info please so we can help you.
