I am not sure about the 2008 R2 server but probably.

As far as which SQL you need to use that depends on which server files you are using. It could be either 2008 (early E6 releases), 2012 (E5.2, 6, 7.4, 8.1, 9.1), or 2014 (ismokedrows re-released E9.1 clean telecaster)

You pretty much need to follow the guide for which ever epic you are using. The guide will explain everything you need including which SQL to restore the back up files on to.

I can't see your pictures while I am at work...they block them.

Yes you need SQL 2014 if you want to use ismokedrows clean telecaster.

You did not configure your database users correctly.

You have not set the correct password in the .opt file.

You have not correctly compressed the .opt file.

Your database services are not running.

Been through this question a million times already, but your immature use of abbreviated swear words makes me not want to provide the help you seek.

SQL Server does not exist literally means the connection failed. [DNETLIB][ConnectionOpen(Connect()).]

This error means
A) You didn't put the right server name
OR
B) You didn't go into configuration and made sure that the port 1433 was set and that the TCP pipeline was enabled.
