Reporting Fraud Account

Can someone please tell me how to report a fraudlent transaction. It seems I have spent 21EU, the log in and password doesnt work and I cannot get in contact with the seller.

I thought they were good since they had been here since 2010.. But alas I guess I got ripped off..

Can someone tell me what to do as I dont want anyone else to get ripped off..

If you didnt trade via PN, theres nothing you can do to prefent others from this guy.
