Loading screen freeze

Hey pals :)
when i use scrool that make me tp to town and give me full set (auto eq system)
this one in addlogitem in log db

but when i use
this query:
EXEC [SRO_VT_SHARD_INIT].[dbo].[_ADD_AUTOEQUIP_GEAR] 'charname', 5
it works...

so what the problem? (if need more info just say)

It fixed so it not relevant anymore

Possible problems:
You disabled logs from maybe a gs addon.
Wrong RefID.

but what is that gs addon how can i check it?

oh gameserver addon..
i took clean files and clean db so i dont think so...

if i disable the logs so the copon work but it just make teleport
if the logs are avilable so the copon work but freeze loading...
RefID took from refobjcommon (ID) and pase mean its fine
you have any other ideas?
