[HELP] Connection Problem

I already restart 5 times my laptop, connecting and reconnectin in my wi-fi connect. And still get this ... can u tell me how to fix it .. i checked my fire-wall too but still nothing ..:rtfm:

Well to be honest I never had this problem, but did you try to reinstall the game?
Of course it's a common advice, but maybe it's the key, who knows
