Multihack p-server kamer help

So I have a problem i download the kamer multihack for a p-server i copy the hack in the client floder and i start de client and when i press ''START'' i get this error : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] I prove to install all versions of c++ and install it again and i prove to type this in cmd : bcdedit /set IncreaseUserVA 2800 and restart the PC and there isn't WORK

please help me !!!
