Good VPN's?

Hello guys & grils!

Someone that has a solution for this following issue?

I exchange PSC from all countries, but whenever I get an offline PSC from DE (50-100-200).
They will block if I use on my own IPadress. So when I use a VPN to make sure I got a german IP.
It will say that I need to stop using an anonymous IP adress.

Someone that has a solution please? Thanks alot!

Sure, if u would take a vpn from africa, the technologie is not the world best, so why should they better then russian ones?

You are a Troll or just a bit you know what i mean.
VPN Server in africa has the same technologie as russian or german server. Okay maybe there are diffrent things but there is nothing bader in Africa...

Isn't Tor a different thing? Like a system of proxy servers. Though difference between proxy and VPN is quite unclear to me, that'd be great if anyone can enlighten me on the subject.
