[HELP]When open closed regions teleport not load , the get (S1033) server not running

hey guys,
my game is pvp , have 3 original town JG , DW , HT

when i try to open for example : roc mt. , temple , delta , Alexandria
from _RefRegionBindAssocServer by making service = 1
then restart the shard and gs
when i open client and go there
the teleport not load , then i relog i get "server is not running. please try to connect later (S.1033)"
i checked all tables no wrong !!

help in fast please

This usually happens to me when I forget restarting the shardmanager after enabling/adding a new region. Are you pretty sure that you restarted it along with gameserver? Can you check your shardmanager/gameserver for errors after teleporting to these areas and post 'em here?If the shardmanager is saying "[RegionID] has no managing gameserver!!!" then you gotta restart shardmanager, else post your problem here and i'll help you.

one more request , there is no unique spawn in holy water temple
