Metin2 Item_Proto and Mob_Proto Problem

Hellow guys i have problem with Item_Proto and mob_proto [TEXT]
i have in filezilla db item_proto and mob_proto in text... i want to made it to work from navicat and no from filezilla db and in Text... what i need to do?

hey man i want to ask something else. i have put a armor in my server..and i want to change the bonus.. how i will do that? i try with Item_Editor i change it but when i put the armor on my is invisible i cant see it... how i will change the bonus like. i have in armor speed 200 and i want to change it with HP... where i put and what?

you have to in /usr/home/game/db open conf.txt then do the numbers at TXT_STARTUP =
to 0 it looks like this TXT_STARTUP = 0

but I do not know if that will ever happen

i only want to make works item_proto and mob_proto work from navicat. and no from text... anything else...
