I Have FPS 300 - Long Rage Hit - Revive After 15 Sec ONLY

But My Enemy Told Me He Has 1000 FPS And He Looks Faster And He Hit Me Befor I Reach The Floor And More I Tried To Run From Him With Speed But Didn't Work Too He Told Me It's Not Edit Files In INI It's In Another File So I Hope Some One Help Me ... Tell Me What It's And IF You Have File Please Send Me
