(request) No client config char is exists [charid xxx]

Hello Coding experts:)

When i make a europe char and log in i get a DC in constantinople.
My gameserver gives this error: No client config char is exists [charid xxx]

I've got EU open, and the chars arent disabled so it should work.

Anyone an idea?
