Success rates are located in refine_proto in Navicat.

Player > Refine Proto

the refine_vnum is the refine option you see at blacksmith, e.g white pearl + wolf hair, etc.

success rate for that vnum is on the far right

/priv _empire, you can set the time for exp rates

/priv_empire 0 4:exp 1000 24
^ 24 hours

you are going to set the hours.. if you set 24 it will be 24...... also at the refine_proto the last column is for the succes rate so you can change it from there.....
well maybe it's in refine_set i can't remember and i can't tell right now because i not home...... Sorry try both....
