Private SRO Questions.

Hey, guys it's jem . I was wondering , what do I got to do to make a Silkroad Private Server?

o1 ) I'll put atleast $10,000 Dollars to just make it.
o2 ) Do I need to confirm with SRO?
o3 ) Where can I purchase these files etc...

You'll need atleast 50,000 USD. And I still don't think you'll get it. It's impossible to make a server so stop dreaming kids.
You can try to do something with emulators, but it's fail anyway..
In other word YOU CAN'T MAKE A SERVER

1: No one is selling the files, not even ocean. You may purchase them by Joymax will a agreement. The agreement will be to be your nationality's silkroad and rates wont be more than x1. And ofc Joymax will get a % of your earnings.
2: Yes.
3: You will need exp with Database handling, no other exp will be needed because joymax will give u all the files & updates ready to go.

if you offer ocean enough im prutty sure he would sell you :) i know someone that he allready offered the files for money

i also heard that u can buy from joymax for alot of money but i think they want like 90% of the income or whatever it was.. .dont really remember i know ive read it somewere :)
