Help How to use Star Changer by Forcer please help!!

hello guys i am here to ask everyone help..
i am suing the star changer translated nglish made by forcer
but i dont know how to use it..can anyone explain to me for more details like what to put at the box..i get confused...please with details...i need ur helps guys;)

just set the config.ini file to ur db , then search for ur acc/char , pick the edm , and change it attrs , its not specific, just change them and relog the account and u will manage to get the star u need by de and increase the numbers
