Important Note: Some files in Google Drive says "it contains virus" but there is no virus as its a false alarm. I have scanned all with KIS 2015. It happened because there are so many antivirus and its hash files. Some thinks it virus and some not. I believe on KIS 2015. And unfortunately you can't download those false infected files due to Google Drive policies.
I had to remove Game Files from the drive due to copyright policy. As EA has turned down recent uploaded NFSW Offline Torrent, I can't take any risk with my account. I have add a MediaFire download link (uploaded by someone else). Sorry I don't know your name, thanks for this link.

dev1ous you should update java version! Version 8 Update 51 (the newer) instead of (Version 8 update 45)..

can you do a pack that just has the extra's without the game? or just one with the tools? what are the tools?

Bro. I have not uploaded the full game yet. I have uploaded those files which are released by so many Auther for NFSW Offline.

yea i get that man i'm just asking if you could just make a tools pack too, or like tell me the name of the tools or give me links to them or what evs... please coz i keep asking and no one is telling me what tools or which ones are for what... like i can code other stuff so I wana start doing this myself n make my own versions of stuff... and i really would like to make a drift mod for this or be told how i can do it if someone has already...

my pc auto updated java to 8 n mine still works, thanks for link, im guessing thats how i drift?

No need to install mod to drift.. I have a working drift trainer...

Mod installer only works for patches made via GlobalEd, and GlobalEd only reads atrributes.bin so far.

I haven't had time to play around with it to convert cops!, traffic weight and cosmic nos mods to patches.

there is a file named i-bot 4.0 in necessary game files folder..
