Unfortunatelly not, so i have to use proxy all the time when i play or only if i want to buy something ?

Hey,
If you use a proxy when you buy you are safe except if someone report you, don't forget that the venezuelan payment are automatically controled so it is much better to use a proxy when you buy and you play, you are 100% safe.
