An unknown error occured while checking for a mBot update

If can someone help me on this?
When I try to open mbotLoader I get this error: "An unknown error occured while checking for a mBot update".

I have tried everything:
- different mbot version
-rexctract / restart mbot
- reinstal loopback adaptor and soket spy

For info:
-I use Windows XP SP2
- I play on private server Silkroad WS

about the windows version this might not gonna work
but give it a >>>>>[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]<<<<<
and please make sure you install the helping files
