FlyFF GAMEPLAN!!!

Hello Everyone, I'm Planning to build a Server and and i need a GAME PLAN on my Upcoming server i want to know what is good on server what's Players wants on the server so i decided to post it here anyone who have a suggestion or Plan about Flyff Game ?

Like:


-RATES
-FARMING AND HUNTING
-FEATURES
-EFFECTS
-DROPS
-AWAKES
-EVENTS

-Please do not Add the Platin-System. Every Server seems to use it and I´ve to say, that it s*cks. [Just my opinion]
-I prefer the middle betwenn Highrate and Midrate Server.
-I love dungeon hunting so make every Dungeon usefull. BUT every Class should be included while farming those dungeons [except tramnuk].
-No OP-Donator sh*t[Reason-> Pay 50€-> get OP -> Do every dungeon by urself -> No fun.]
These are just some ideas based on my experience.
