[Release] MapViewer

Hey guys!

This is another tool of mine that most of you might not find too useful, but who knows...
it basically parses the mapdata from the client PAKs and generates the individual coordinate system of a specific map.
May be helpful for bot projects :O

You need the "xx_minimap_En.bmp" and the "map_xx_MiniMap.ini" files for the maps you want to view in the application folder!

The packed release contains the data for af1 and af2.
