Public server

Hey everyone! I have next question.

When I have server for my friends through hamachi, but my internet is too slow and I would try make public server with VPS hosting.
But when I will buy VPS, I setup server here and now I have public server?
Or must I make some other?

If my question is not understand, is here someone who will tell me how make public server?

VPS have IPV4 as Public IP, so u can open server for everybody

You can buy a VPS too if you want, just keep the IP for you and your friend. Do not share it with someone else.

U need just to Install SQL , DB , etc and unlock ports ;)

Dont buy LINUX vps or what - only windows server 2002/8 with remote desktop.

Debian is the best for hosting teamspeak servers.
