I keep hearing that the big guilds in my server are using a paid app to find out when the "seed" is good for upgrading items. Has anyone else heard of this?

There is NO such thing as rng seed.
If you were idiot enough to download these youtube video scrapware, format your computer then change your password before it's too late. All of them. ALL.

Yeah I've seen the videos but I didn't trust them, half don't even show a regrade in them. That's why I asked first here.
