[Help]I need some help to edit shell.dat and oem.dat

i need some help to edit shell.dat and oem.dat...
when i edit it use hexediter..
still got erro...
server is down..
who have aplications to edit it...?

This is use for edit your shell.dat(see attachment)
some antivirus detect it as a Trojan lol..you must be disable ur antivirus for a sec..for oem.dat you also can use notepad lol:p
