Can not connect SQL Server

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or it can not be accessed Check the Insteranzname is correct and that SQL Server allows remote connections. :confused

Maybe the SQL Server is not running.

When I try to Connect, which comes easy
